You are responsible for managing your teams through PRD intake, scoping, planning, release vehicle plan of record, execution and orchestration, compliance, validation, release, implementation, support and maintenance. You own responsibility for orchestrating all upstream dependencies, internal and external, necessary to deliver value to your customers, which are internal Agent Engineering teams. You own the roadmap, aligning it with the downstream teams product roadmaps, ensuring smooth handoff, advance planning, and continuous backwards compatibility.
 
**Responsibilities**
As the Senior Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission to develop and deliver cutting-edge healthcare solutions, with a specific focus on Agentic UX. This role requires a leader who can inspire and guide engineering teams to achieve excellence in product development, and is experienced with building reusable frameworks to accelerate other product engineering teams.  
 
Product Leadership: Lead and inspire multiple Product Engineering teams responsible for the development and success of Oracle's products, including Al-powered healthcare solutions.
• Strategy and Roadmap: Define the technology roadmap and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and market trends, especially in the realm of Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice-first technologies.
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a cohesive and high-performing engineering team.
Foster an entrepreneurial and creative culture.
• Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from PRD intake, scoping, planning, release vehicle plan of record, execution and orchestration, compliance, validation, release, implementation, support and maintenance
• Customer Development: Work with PDM and users of the platform to identify new opportunities and collaboratively maintain the Agent UX roadmap.
