At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Software Developer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service. GDIT is seeking highly cleared candidates with active TS SCI w/Poly to provide software development, engineering, database design in support of enterprise-wide systems and products for the Intelligence Community (IC). Work with the latest commercial products such as AWS in an agile environment on various applications designed and maintained for broad range IC customers. 

Required Experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience programming we band client/server applications using Java, Python, Typescript/Javascript, HTML and CSSDemonstrated hands-on experience with frontend framework such as AngularDemonstrated hands-on experience with AWS Services: SNS, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, ELBDemonstrated hands-on experience with database design and queryingDemonstrated hands-on experience with version control such as GIT (Github, Gitlab, etc)Demonstrated hands-on experience building API's and services using RESTExperience working in an Agile environmentFamiliarity with CICD PipelinesFamiliarity with DevOps Methodologies

Desired Experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernates/JPADemonstrated hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and shell scriptingDemonstrated hands-on experience with build automation technologies like Gradle, Maven, Jenkins etcDemonstrated experience with testing frameworksDemonstrated experience with TomcatDemonstrated experience with AWS Services EKS and Step Functions
