Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS and ExpressJS. * Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate ReactJS components into full-stack applications. * Architect and implement microservices solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). * Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability. * Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices. * Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps. * Deliver tasks on time with high attention to detail and accountability. **Required technical and professional expertise** Technical Skills * Backend Development: Strong expertise in NodeJS and ExpressJS. * Frontend Development: Working knowledge of ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Webpack, etc.). * Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure services. * Microservices: Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications. * Debugging & Optimization: Deep knowledge of debugging techniques, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex systems. * Architecture & Design: Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system design. Soft Skills * Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong ownership mindset with a focus on timely delivery.
