Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Lead Insights Engineer to join their high-impact initiative.This role is funded by a partner team and will be supported by one onshore and one nearshore resource. While the long-term future of this position is not yet confirmed, the project is expected to run for at least one year. Summary: This is a stakeholder-facing role with a strong emphasis on project leadership, communication, and insight storytelling. The Software Developer will be responsible for driving reporting processes forward, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights. While technical skills are required, this role leans more toward process leadership and strategic engagement than deep development work. Responsibilities: * Lead the reporting and insights process for the Spectrum Ready initiative * Engage with senior stakeholders (including Sr. Director level) to communicate insights and project progress * Maintain and evolve the reporting framework established by the previous lead * Collaborate with onshore and nearshore team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery * Present prework and insights during interviews and stakeholder meetings * Apply SQL (joins, window functions) to support data analysis and reporting needs * Think critically and respond quickly in dynamic stakeholder environments
