We are hiring a Software Developer for an international organisation in Poland and various locations around Europe.

Main Responsibilities Designs and develops the systemLead development teamsTranslates requirements into designOptimizes software from performance, security and quality points of viewProduces technical documentationEstimates effort and time for developmentSets software development standardsPropose technical solutions for business needs and technical problemsCollects and interprets software metricsManages configuration and releasesContributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deploymentTests solutions and develops testing toolsDocuments developmentsPrototypes solutionsActs as 2nd and 3rd line support  Successful Candidate

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant ICT Degree is mandatory 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES

At least 1 certification among:

ISTQB Advanced Or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)Or 3 years of experience in test management above required Minimum experience at similar position

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

[01] Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution[02] Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain [03] Knows UML and can design applications in UML[04] Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer[05] Worked in Scrum developments[06] Is capable for leading technical teams[07] Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions[08] Presents problem solving skills

SPECIFIC REQUIERMENTS

[01] Posesses knowledge and experience related to Sharepoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition and Sharepoint online platform-specific tools[02] Experience with manual and automatic testing[03] Experience with C#, .Net Framework/.Net Core, JavaScript & React[04] Experience with SharePoint framework, Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code
