**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** As a member of the Operate mission/team for Cloud Pak for Business Automation, you will perform operator development using Operator SDK, Ansible, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Java/J2EE, and Linux scripting. As part of the development process, you will help design, code, and test innovative component-level software solutions. You will need to ensure that the implemented solutions are unit tested and ready to be integrated into their product. Some additional responsibilities include building docker images and contributing to the building and maintenance of the CI/CD pipeline that takes the code through the various quality stages. You will also provide development/L3 support to the customer support organization (L2) as well as to customers which includes debugging customer-reported issues, identify, addressing defects, and provide fixes to customers.
