**MANTECH** is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented **Software Developer** to join our team! This primarily remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful, mission-driven projects with a strong focus on modern technologies. A one-time trip to Clarksburg, WV is required for processing with the customer. **Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:** + Design, develop, and maintain general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. + Analyze user needs and develop software solutions that improve operational efficiency. + Customize software for client use to optimize functionality. + Analyze and design databases within application areas, either individually or as part of a development team. + Set operational specifications and formulate/analyze software requirements. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 4+ years of IT-related experience, OR Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience. + Proficiency in Java in Linux environments. + Experience with AWS, including AWS Lambda. + Experience with NodeJS and Angular frameworks. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position. + Priority given to candidates with a current/active Secret clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. + Occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access equipment or files. + Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery. + Occasionally positions self to maintain lab computers, including under desks or in server closets. + Regularly communicates with co-workers, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information in these contexts.
