Experience & Expertise Requirements

6+ years of experience4+ years of experience in React in Web application development6+ years of experience with HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, etc.)Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) including DOM manipulation, event model, and browser APIsStrong understanding of Typescript, its nuances, and patterns for scalable codebases.Experience with modern frameworks like React and Next.js5+ years of experience with Responsive Web Design utilizing libraries like Styled Components, Emotion, Tailwind, Bootstrap, MUIFamiliarity with packaging and build tools such as pnpm, npm, yarn, node, webpack, swc, babel, vite, parcel, tscFamiliarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) trends and implementationThorough understanding of React.js and its core principlesExperience with server-side frameworks like Next.js or RemixExperience with popular React.js state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Tanstack Query, Zustand, Recoil, JotaiFamiliarity with RESTful APIsFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools – Bitbucket, Git, JenkinsAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsFamiliarity with code versioning toolsAbility to diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecksExperience with observability tools such as New Relic or Datadog for monitoring performance, tracing, and loggingStrong understanding Core Web Vitals and best practices to improve metrics like LCP, INP, and CLSMaintain code and write automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure the product is of the highest qualityRock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflictsBachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
