Qualifications
Led software development, delivery, support and maintenance of entire products. Driven engineering, development and/or ops practices within a SW development organization. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices. Experience working directly with executive leadership. Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions. Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly. Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications. Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues. Experience working with distributed systems. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies. Graduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
