Imagine building a platform powered by AWS technologies that stores millions of customer lead records and continuously enriches them with insights from both first- and third-party data. This system adapts dynamically based on customer demographics, engagement activity, and product interest, helping AWS Marketing and Sales teams better understand the customer journey and accelerate adoption. You will help build the engine that powers this end-to-end process from ingestion and enrichment to scoring, routing, and performance feedback.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
- Experience working with industry tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and online analytics packages

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
