What You will Do:
Establish a centralized repository for storing software contracts including an inventory of key divestiture clauses for each contract.Review contracts to ensure all documentation is current and includes all amendments, as applicable.Develop a comprehensive, documented process for reviewing software contracts during M&A activitiesEnsure compliance with legal and corporate policies.Provide training and support to the team on the retrieval and review processWhat You Will Bring:
2–5 years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or procurement supportFamiliarity with software licensing agreements and SaaS contract termsProven experience in process designFamiliarity with M&A processes in the aerospace and defense industry.Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements for software contracts.Excellent project management skills.Strong communication and training abilitiesPay Range: $63,000 - $68,000
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
