Visit us at https://www.softwareone.com/en The role The Software & Cloud Multi-Vendor Consultant Manager is the role to support the procurement and sales lifecycle for software from over 15,000 vendors, delivering best-in-class purchasing services with a focus on customer engagement, operational efficiency, and accuracy. The consultant works closely with local procurement and sales teams in a customer-facing capacity, managing processes such as price requests and e-procurement platform handling. The role also involves collaboration with global Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and distributors, and limited engagement with local distributors for Go-To-Market (GTM) and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Vendor & Distributor Engagement (Local & Global) Coordinate with local distributors for GTM activities and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies where applicable. Serve as the primary contact for global ISVs and distributors to manage pricing negotiations, deal registrations, and strategic collaboration. Support MV presales quota for Thailand by aligning revenue expectations and leveraging distributor relationships across markets. Internal Collaboration & Enablement Align pricing strategies with customer expectations and business goals by collaborating closely with Account Managers (AMs) and the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE). Provide expert guidance on complex multi-vendor licensing scenarios to support accurate and compliant solutions. Drive biweekly sales enablement updates covering new and existing Multi-Vendor (MV) products, active and upcoming promotions, and strategic vendor highlights with GTM opportunities. Price Purchase Request (PPQ) Management Submit and manage PPQs to the Global Software Delivery Center (GSDC), ensuring timely and accurate processing and quotation generation. Apply global pricing structures—including cost, margin, commercial terms, and WHT compliance—supported by product knowledge from the MV presales team. Leverage MV presales expertise to enhance pricing accuracy and interpret licensing requirements effectively. What we need to see from you Required Skills & Attributes 2–3 years of hands-on experience in channel sales, distribution, or vendor management Deep licensing knowledge across multiple Tier 1 vendors. Strong business communication skills—both written and verbal. Assertive and persuasive in negotiations and follow-ups. Demonstrates SoftwareOne competencies: strategic ownership, results-driven, team leadership, cultural inspiration, and change advocacy. High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking.
