Software Asset Manager
Our client is looking to add a Software Asset Manager to their team: 1. Software asset management w/ in ServiceNow SAM Pro - maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets, licenses and usage data for deeper analysis 2. Data Analysis - Analyzing pricing models, license agreements, and internal reports Essential Responsibilities: - Maintain Licensing Data: Ensure accurate software license records for budgeting, compliance, inventory, contracts, and cost management. - License Management: Collaborate with software owners on license true-ups, reconciliations, and audit support, including dispute resolution and audit defense. - Cost Optimization: Identify savings through license re-harvesting and optimization. - Stakeholder Support: Respond to information requests from various internal stakeholders. - Stay Informed: Keep up with changes in software license models and vendor offerings. - Risk & Cost Reduction: Proactively assess and recommend improvements to reduce risk and optimize the software portfolio. - Security Collaboration: Support security initiatives by identifying required software, tracking deployments, and flagging systems needing updates or patches. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
