ZF Wind Power puts wind energy in motion! The ZF Wind Power Business Unit is part of ZF group which is known as one of the world’s leading automotive suppliers. To reinforce our Design and Development Team in the Concrete Mixer Drives and Off-Highway Systems department, we are looking for a new colleague at our location in Coimbatore.

 

What you can look forward to as Software Application Engineer (m/f/d):

Software calibration and configuration for transmission systems of construction machinery equipment System definition, component selection and documentation for software application projects Preparation and execution of safety- and functional tests on HIL (Hardware in the loop) and SIL (software in the loop) systems Support and Definition of functional specifications together with clients and/or expert teams Field Support related to troubleshooting, fine-tuning parameters, testing and validation Continuous improvement of existing application tool chain, processes, and approaches in interdisciplinary teams

 

Your profile as Software Application Engineer (m/f/d):

Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, vehicle technology or familiar 6+ years of professional experience in the environment of technical machines Good understanding in terms of vehicle powertrain, vehicle electronics, CAN bus systems Experience with at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Matlab, Python) Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex matters to all stakeholder (e.g. customers)
