You oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan. This includes disparate scope, resource dependencies, cross-project alignment, deployment planning, release execution and transparent reporting of release results for SAP and SAP-Integrated projects.
How you will contribute
You will oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance, including project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives. In this role, you will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals and then communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders. You will use your 8-12 years of project delivery and governance experience in software delivery lifecycle of SAP projects to influence leadership and projects.

8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutionsSignificant experience on collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for developmentOutstanding communication skills, ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallelStrong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills - communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plansGood understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to effectively partner with functional managers to manage portfolio
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology career
Fluent and Advanced interaction in English is a must: conversational, and effective communication.
Travel requirements: less than 20%
