Job Description Technical Program Manager for softgoods including MR, AR, and/or new devices ● End-to-end coordination of softgoods engineering, design, and validation from product discovery through launch ● Lead collaboration with industrial design, engineering, creative, legal, product management, compliance and operations to realize the product vision ● Guide the team through ambiguous requirements definition, sourcing cross-functional inputs and influencing to find an optimized solution ● Drive the execution of the schedule and manage day to day activities of the program ● Present program updates to leadership, distilling key program information and highlighting risks and recommended mitigations ● Implement process improvements and best practices for the organization We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements ● BS in engineering or equivalent industry experience ● 3+ years of hands-on program management experience ● Demonstrated proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles ● Experience working with contract manufacturers and softgoods suppliers BS in mechanical engineering ● Experience working on JDM (joint design and manufacturing) supplier engagement models ● Extensive knowledge of softgoods materials and manufacturing processes ● 5+ years of hands on program management experience
