Job Overview

The Soft Services Support role provides essential administrative, coordination, and compliance support to the team. This position ensures that all soft services—such as cleaning, laundry catering, reception, and workplace services—are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with GMP, EHS, and client standards.

The scope of activities is extensive and varied, focussed to support the soft service management with updating Quality SOPs and forms, completing DI documentation checks, support with covering FOH activity's and supporting the management of contractors.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update GxP documentation, DI checks, and service records. Support audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and SOPs. Assist with scheduling, reporting, KPI dashboards, and contractor management. Cover reception and visitor management when required. Track assets, inventory, and consumables. Essential Skills Experience in facilities management or soft services. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems. Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment. Desirable Experience in GMP/pharma environments. Knowledge of soft FM services and EHS frameworks. Personal Attributes Detail-focused, proactive, and adaptable. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
