About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Associate Manager to join our Global Appliances team at SodaStream by PepsiCo. This role will act as a key interface between global category strategy and local market execution, ensuring the flawless delivery of marketing and commercial plans across regions. This is a pivotal role, focusing on go-to-market execution, pricing, distribution, and commercial excellence – enabling the introduction and success of our innovations in new and existing markets. Responsibilities (English) Develop and deliver Go-To-Market playbooks for new product introductions (NPIs), including pricing, distribution, and execution guidelines. Ensure strong execution of the global category agenda in local markets – including toolkits, activations, and product launches. Build close partnerships with market teams to understand their needs and translate them into global initiatives. Translate market insights and new opportunities into actionable briefs for product, marketing, and commercial teams. Coordinate cross-functionally with commercialization, trade marketing, and e-commerce to ensure timely and full project delivery. Monitor competitive landscape and deliver insights to optimize category performance. Track and analyze sales and margin KPIs, and support the category team in identifying challenges and growth opportunities. Qualifications (English) Minimum 5 years of experience in global HQ roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods. Proven experience in business development, product/category management, or delivery roles. Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of the full marketing mix. Experience working with markets and adapting global strategy to local realities. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. Solid understanding of P&L drivers – from revenue to margin and AnP allocation. Experience in both brick & mortar and e-commerce environments is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
