Overview (English) The Learning & Talent Management Partner will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful learning and talent initiatives across SodaStream, aligned with PepsiCo’s global frameworks and tailored to the company’s unique culture and integration journey. This role supports the development, localization, and deployment of strategic learning programs and talent management processes that empower employees and leaders to grow and succeed. The partner will report to the Global Learning & Talent Management manager and work closely with HRBPs, the broader HR Operations team, and global PepsiCo stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of learning and development initiatives across functions and geographies. Responsibilities (English) Program Design & Execution Design, implement, and manage cross-organizational learning and talent management initiatives in alignment with PepsiCo’s global approach and SodaStream’s evolving needs. Learning Systems & Process Implementation Support the implementation and adoption of new learning systems, tools, and processes across the organization, ensuring a smooth user experience and effective integration with existing platforms and workflows. Communication Planning for Change Initiatives Design and implement internal communication plans to support the successful rollout and adoption of new learning and talent processes and systems introduced as part of the PepsiCo integration. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and adapted to diverse audiences. Content Development & Adaptation Create and localize learning materials, toolkits, and guides to ensure relevance and impact for diverse employee groups across roles and regions. Training Delivery & Facilitation Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for HR teams, people managers, and employees, promoting a culture of continuous development. Talent Process Implementation Support the execution of PepsiCo’s talent management processes, ensuring consistency, high-quality experience, and strong adoption throughout the organization. Project Management Lead coordination of learning and talent projects, managing timelines, deliverables, team meetings, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and progress. Change Enablement & Communication Serve as a change agent by translating global programs into actionable, locally relevant experiences, supporting the broader integration process with PepsiCo. Data & Insights Collaborate with HR Operations to track learning and talent KPIs, generate dashboards and insights, and measure program effectiveness and adoption. Qualifications (English) Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, ideally in a global or matrixed organization. Experience designing and delivering training content for diverse audiences. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – fluent or native-level proficiency is required. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting organizational change and integration processes. Familiarity with learning and talent frameworks (preferred from a global corporate systems). Knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). Proven ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
