If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making great food experiences happen, this is the role for you! As the Seasonal Assistant Manager of the Soda Springs Cafeteria, you’ll help lead the front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and deliver outstanding service to our guests. You'll work side-by-side with our Food & Beverage crew, supporting daily operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and support the Soda Springs Cafeteria team to create a safe, welcoming, and efficient dining experience
Manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with HACCP, Serve Safe, and all regulatory food safety standards
Train, coach, and mentor team members to support skill development and growth
Oversee inventory management: ordering, receiving, stocking, cost transfers, and reporting
Work closely with the F&B Leadership Team to maintain consistent product quality, guest experience, and staffing coverage
We’re Looking for Someone Who:Has 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment
Has 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
Stays calm and collected under pressure and solves problems with a collaborative mindset
Brings a guest-first attitude and a willingness to handle all types of customer interactions
Leads with ownership and accountability—for themselves and their team
