We have great opportunities for positive, motivated individuals to work in an OMH & OASAS outpatient clinic setting. In this position, you will: + Conduct assessments and all aspects of psychotherapy with individuals, families, couples or groups according to caseload assigned in a competent, professional manner. + Complete progress notes, treatment plans and other required documentation in a timely manner. + Work with patients to develop and achieve treatment goals and change goals as needed. + Coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team. + Provide follow up to patients by phone and letter regarding missed appointments. We require: + Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. + License for Social Work or Mental Health Counseling by New York State. + Current New York State Registration license. + Experience with mental health and substance use treatment, required. + Bilingual Spanish, required.
