We're specifically seeking an LCSW with a minimum of two years of experience in clinical and/or medical social work, ready to immediately contribute to our specialized acute care setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide immediate, person-centered interventions to adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, helping them stabilize and begin their recovery journey. Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that go beyond the surface, uncovering the intricate layers of a patient's life to inform comprehensive treatment plans. Utilizing your therapeutic skills to build trust, reduce stigma, and facilitate critical communication between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Working hand-in-hand with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other specialists, contributing a crucial psychosocial lens to every aspect of care planning and crisis management. Playing a direct role in patients regaining their footing, rediscovering their strength, and taking positive steps towards mental wellness.Job Requirements
Master's of the School of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education required.At least two (2) years of clinical and/or medical social work experience required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker: CA (LCSW: CA) required. Where You'll Work
