This facility is an ASAM Level III.5 Adult Clinically Managed High Intensity, residential substance use treatment program, located in Mandeville, Louisiana. Minimum Qualifications Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus: A master's degree in social work followed by three years of social services experience. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: As a Social Worker, you will be instrumental in providing clinical assessment and treatment of clients admitted to the inpatient residential substance use treatment facility. Your role will be to: + Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, screenings, treatment/counseling via individual/family/group therapies; + Provide discharge plans for patients and families, as needed; + Work on an interdisciplinary treatment team in order to provide thorough and comprehensive care; + Make recommendations for treatment plans and assist in formulating therapeutic activities; + Attend annual and PRN trainings and webinars to improve competency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of substance use disorders Position-Specific Details: Appointment Type:Probational.
