Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: As a Social Worker 1-4, the incumbent will: + Evaluates clients and recommends proper level of behavioral health treatment. + Interviews clients to assess needs and problems such as education, employment, physical and mental impairment in order to determine the degree and nature of problems related to behavioral health. + Provides advanced clinical services through individual, family and/or group counseling to a complex caseload of behavioral health clients. + Prepares person centered plans for clients based on recommended levels of care. + Provides both written and verbal documentation and consultation to other agencies. + Assists clinic manager in designing and implementing programs which address community needs.
