Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Provides psychiatric social work assistance to persons with co-occurring mental health and substance disorders and their families. + Collaborates with the CAHSD psychiatrist and other healthcare professionals in diagnosis and treatment planning. + Provides direct and indirect counseling services, including individual, group and family treatment to children and adults with co-occurring disorders ranging from age six to adulthood. + Completing the necessary clinical requirements for insurance authorization. + Screen calls for admission, determine of client’s meet admission criteria, schedule clients for orientation group and/or refer to other community agencies. + Attend Interdisciplinary staff and staffing meetings as well as supervisory meetings. + Provide statistical reports as required by the facility manager.
