**Responsibilities**
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Services or Social Work. Or graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program (e.g., some states allow RN students to take the LPN board exam after completing one to two years in the RN program). If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required. Must be able to work in collaboration with others. Is knowledgeable about Medicare and other third party payors. Requires good communication and human relation skills, strong problem solving skills are necessary with the ability to collect, compare, sort and prioritize information to be used in the decision-making process. Must be able to adapt to unpredictable situations.
**Qualifications**
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Services or Social Work. The individual must have prior experience working with a group program or organized recreational activities. Experience working with the geriatric population is preferred.
Requires a license by the Minnesota Board of Social Work at minimum a LSW (Licensed Social Worker). Candidates who have recently taken the Minnesota Board of Social Work license test may apply. Candidates who already have a test date scheduled may also apply. One year of work experience in Long Term Care or Home health. Requires a license by the Minnesota Board of Social Work at minimum a LSW (Licensed Social Worker). Or MN Licensed Practical Nurse license
