How will you make an impact?We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Channel Strategy team in our Global Downstream Marketing organization. This role will focus on driving social media campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences. The Social Media Specialist will manage day-to-day campaign execution, paid media management, and reporting, ensuring that content and ads are delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for performance.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in paid and organic social media, with proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms and delivering measurable results.
What will you do?
Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to implement, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goalsProvide insights and recommendations to improve ROI, engagement, and campaign effectivenessSupport the Social Media Strategist in preparing reports for business partners and leadershipStay current on social media standards, trends, and platform updates to inform campaign executionContribute ideas for testing and improving social media campaignsKeys to Success:EducationBachelor’s or Associate’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, or a related fieldExperience3-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketingExperience building, implementing, and scaling impactful social media programs (organic and paid)Familiar with social media KPIs/analytics and ability to interpret performance dataProficient using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, and various social ad platformsProven track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve resultsExperience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics)PreferredExperience implementing campaigns in global or multi-regional contextBasic knowledge of creative requirements for paid media (ad specs, standard methodologies)Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr)Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategiesEnthusiasm for testing, learning, and staying on top of digital trendsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyAbility to effectively present to business partnersStrong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skillsUse data and dashboards to inform our team with keen insights on improving critical metricsTeammate with a positive attitude who is prepared to focus and commit to accomplish business objectivesAttention to detailBenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
