Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Creation, the Social Media Strategist will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of social content across national, Quebec, and franchise accounts. This role blends creative thinking with analytical precision, leveraging trends, audience insights, and platform tools to grow engagement and drive results.

Qualifications Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies for brands across multiple platforms.Strong understanding of social analytics and ability to turn data into actionable insights.Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Sprout Social, and project management tools like Workfront.Hands-on experience with paid social advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Knowledge of best practices for both organic and paid social content.Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset
Education & Experience:
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or relatedMinimum 2–3 years in social media strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.Retail or franchise environment experience is an asset.
