Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize Profiles for Impact: Enhance company and executive LinkedIn profiles to boost visibility, credibility, and engagement.Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement LinkedIn content strategies aligned with brand and business goals.Campaign Management: Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content, InMail, and audience targeting.Grow & Engage Audiences: Drive follower growth and engagement through organic and paid tactics.Analytics & Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and refine strategies based on insights.Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of LinkedIn trends and algorithm updates.Internal Enablement: Train internal teams on LinkedIn best practices, personal branding, and platform optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and marketing teams to align LinkedIn efforts with broader business objectives.What You BringProven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for brands or executives.Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, ad platform, and analytics tools.Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to professional audiences.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM integrations.Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.Skills & ExpertiseLinkedIn Strategy & OptimizationSocial Media Marketing & ManagementSponsored Content & InMail CampaignsAnalytics & Performance TrackingCRM & Sales Navigator IntegrationCopywriting & Content CreationB2B Marketing & Lead GenerationTeam Training & Enablement
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
