Description
Optimize company and LinkedIn profiles for visibility, credibility, and engagement
Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies aligned with brand goals
Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content and InMail
Grow and engage followers through organic and paid tactics
Monitor analytics and KPIs to refine strategy and report performance
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes
Train internal teams on LinkedIn best practices and personal branding
Collaborate with company leaders to align LinkedIn efforts with broader business objectives

Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for brands or individuals
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, ad platform, and analytics tools

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM integrations
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
