Social Media Specialist: Part Time
Job Description:
+ Optimize company and LinkedIn profiles for visibility, credibility, and engagement
+ Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies aligned with brand goals
+ Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content and InMail
+ Grow and engage followers through organic and paid tactics
+ Monitor analytics and KPIs to refine strategy and report performance
+ Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes
+ Train internal teams on LinkedIn best practices and personal branding
+ Collaborate with company leaders to align LinkedIn efforts with broader business objectives

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for brands or individuals
+ Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, ad platform, and analytics tools
+ Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills tailored to LinkedIn audiences
+ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM integrations
+ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
