Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports to: Content & Events Manager / Marketing Team

Role Purpose

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel’s social media channels, ensuring consistent brand presence, timely posting, and engaging storytelling aligned with the hotel’s content and event strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Adapt content into platform-specific formats and captions Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring timely responses Support coverage of hotel events, activations, and daily life on property Track basic performance metrics and prepare monthly reports Coordinate with the Content & Events team to ensure alignment

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Basic skills in copywriting and visual content adaptation Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Posted January 7, 2026
