Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000
A highly reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms. The goal is to enhance brand awareness and engagement through innovative content and campaigns, and much more!
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create and manage engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and articles, aligned with brand voice and objectives.Capture and edit videos and images for use in digital and print campaigns.Design and produce social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral such as flyers and brochures.Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.Stay up to date with trends in social media, digital marketing, and design.Participate in the customer testing process and record and edit videos for customer use.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree strongly preffered2+ years experience with social media marketing management Experience Adobe InDesign requiredExperience with Adobe create suite requiredBenefits:

Work Environment
The role is based on-site, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Social Media Specialist will report to the manager and will be the sole person responsible for social media, requiring independence but offering significant control over operations. The company is rapidly growing, providing opportunities to contribute to its expansion. Flexibility is offered for personal commitments such as doctor's appointments and family responsibilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
