Purpose:
The social media manager role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all our digital platforms. This role involves working closely with the Nordic Digital Marketing Manager and the local brand team to ensure a cohesive voice to our end users.

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned to our overall Nordic Marketing goals.Set clear objectives, KPI’s and reporting systems for performance tracking.Conduct analysis of our key competitorsIdentify emerging social media trends and act accordingly.Content Creation and Management
Plan, create and publish engaging content (written, images, videos, stories) across our Facebook and Instagram platforms.Collaborate with the European and Nordic brand team with the design of content to ensure compelling campaigns are produced.Coordinate social media campaigns around new product launches and marketing campaignsCommunity Management
Monitor our social media channel for comments, messages and mentions.Where relevant and working with the business care team respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.Manage and grow our influencer community
Act as the main point of contact for our influencers and foster a long-term partnership.Organise and manage influencer events, products seedings and collaboration as required across DEWALT and STANLEY.For the STANLEY brand, identify, recruit and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.Coordinate Influencer campaigns including briefing and content approval for all brands.Track and measure the effectiveness of our influencer partnerships measuring, Impressions, Reach and Engagement Rate.In conjunction with our influencers and training manager host 4x live events.Analytics
Track, analyse and report on the key performance metrics as set by the Digital Marketing manager.Use data insights to refine the social media strategyStay up to date on the latest social media best practices, technologies and trendsThe Person:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools, in particular MetaExperience managing social media accountsExperience in managing/assisting or knowledge in influencer marketing on social mediaMust be able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel)Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languagesThis role is not limited to the tasks outlined above and responsibilities will change over time to fulfil the needs of the business.
