The Seller External Relations team is seeking an inspirational story amplifier and digital creative strategist. In this role, you will lead platform-native storytelling with a focus on audience growth and engagement across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other relevant social channels. Your mission will be to elevate the voices of independent sellers through compelling storytelling, positioning Amazon as the best place for entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses of any size.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute a dynamic, insights-driven social video strategy to grow audience and engagement across multiple social platforms
• Oversee, contribute to, and execute the social editorial and promotional calendar for SER content, with a focus on the "This is Small Business" brand
• Architect and implement a high-performing editorial calendar that balances experimental formats with consistent, sticky programming
• Pitch, develop, and plan breakthrough social creative that drives high engagement and best-in-class performance
• Utilize strong editorial judgment to recognize and curate socially-relevant moments, optimizing posts for each platform
• Analyze key performance and platform trends to optimize content performance and drive business impact with clear KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Storytelling, Creative, PR, and other teams to align social efforts with broader business objectives
• Advise leadership on go-to-market planning for upcoming campaigns using current platforms and editorial trends
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media and content trends, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate
