Social Media Manager, Ring International
We are looking for a creative and data-driven individual to join the Ring International Marketing team as our Social Media Manger for International. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the potential for organic social and how we can leverage these channels to speak directly to our customers.

Key job responsibilities
* Set the organic social media strategic approach for Ring International.
* Manage the execution of our strategy on Ring international’s organic social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
* Plan social-first Ring content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and wider distribution in collaboration with our Creative Team.
* Copywriting for all social posts, managing the translation process for International content.
* Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage social content requests and reporting.
* Create a measurement framework to track content performance and develop a reporting mechanism with recommendations on content formats to share social best practices and learnings with wider marketing team.
* Manage Social Creator campaigns, writing briefs, approving content and liaising with external partners where necessary.
* Keep the Ring International team at the forefront of social media trends and developments, regularly sharing updates and best practices.

A day in the life
In this role, you will be responsible for organic social media growth and engagement initiatives for Ring, influencing campaigns at every level of the marketing funnel.

You are a builder with hands-on experience creating exciting and engaging social media content plans, with the ability to deliver on a strategic vision. You will work collaboratively across multiple functions including but not limited to UGC, Creative, Country Marketing Leads, PR, Partnerships, Retail and our wider Partners to create impactful and effective social media campaigns.

This role involves hands-on management of our organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will work collaboratively with our creative team to plan content calendars and create campaigns that support the wider business goals as well as driving growth through word of mouth with content that creates genuine impact. You will be excited about the potential of social media and obsessive about the data, excited to continuously tweak our formats and approaches based on previous results.

This is an International role and requires someone who is comfortable working across locales and with stakeholders from across the business.


About the team
The social and UGC team are the customer storytelling specialists within the Ring International Marketing Team. We serve all Ring customers and local marketing teams outside of North America.
