The right candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, working collaboratively across social, creative, influencer, production, CS, PR, and legal teams to create content that not only engages our current audience but attracts new followers to our brand story. You'll be empowered to experiment, innovate, and establish Ring as a leading voice in our space through compelling social media content and campaigns.
Key job responsibilities
Social Media Management:
* Lead the development and execution of platform-specific content across brand initiatives (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
* Oversee social media content calendars, copy & content optimization
* Work with social creative team, influencer marketing team, video producers, editors, and graphic designers on UGC and new content narratives
* Implement platform-specific best practices to increase content discoverability
* Develop integrated social media strategies that create cohesive brand storytelling across platforms
* Identify opportunities for social media trend integration and platform-specific innovations
Content Leadership:
* Guide social creative team in developing platform-specific content that maintains brand consistency
* Collaborate with video producers, editors, and graphic designers to create optimized content
* Contribute to creative briefs for creators, influencers, and strategic partners
* Lead content testing and optimization across platforms
Analytics & Performance:
* Drive data-informed decision making across social platforms
* Lead performance tracking, reporting, and analysis across all social channels
* Identify trends and opportunities for growth across platforms
* Develop and track KPIs for all social media initiatives
