Content Creation: + Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos in and around the office, events, or daily work life + Edit photo and video content to align with trends + Organize raw and edited content into labeled folders for future post use + Use Canva to design simple social graphics or story slides based on templates + Use Capcut to edit short videos for social media raw and authentic storytelling Publishing & Campaign Execution: + Upload content (visuals + captions) to Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Native or Zoho Social + Maintain the weekly publishing checklist and update post statuses + Assist in pulling or repurposing blog/email content into short-form posts + Support in preparing visuals or ideas for campaign/offer promotions Performance & Planning Support: + Research industry trends and competitor strategies to improve content performance + Track post performance metrics (reach, likes, saves, comments) and overall platform growth + Highlight top-performing content weekly and propose reposts or follow-ups + Assist on content planning to ensure a good mixture of content (photo, video, graphics) for a different marketing objectives + Clear communication and follow-through with the marketing team Tools & Platforms: + Meta Business Suite + LinkedIn Native Publisher + Zoho Social + Google Drive & Google Sheets + Canva + CapCut + ChatGPT Requirements: ● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. ● Minimum 3-month commitment (extendable based on performance and team needs). ● Passionate about digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and staying on top of social media trends. ● Basic understanding of tools such as Meta Business Suite. ● Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and audience. ● Experience using Canva and CapCut. ● Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
