Role Purpose

As our Marketing & Social Media Executive you will be the dedicated social expert in the central NEXT Wholly Owned Brands Marketing team for our newest brand, Bhoem and responsible for the launch of their social media presence. Bhoem buying, merchandising and design teams are based in Northern Spain, however this role will be based in London with our central Marketing team.

 

You will be the digital storyteller who curates our online presence, primarily on Instagram. Passionate about fashion and style, you’ll know how to captivate our audience.

 

Role Responsibilities

Be responsible for bringing the brand to life across our social media channels, starting with Instagram - scope for growthBe knowledgeable and passionate about all things social from jumping on trending concepts to finding top influencers/talent to collaborate with usCreate and distribute engaging weekly content plans in line with the tone of voice of the brand including organic & paidCreate the social calendar of key dates across the year and share with the teamEditing content and scheduling as well as briefs to Design team when requiredEngage with our community including customer queries and liaising with the Customer Service teamAttend and present in relevant marketing meetings to key stakeholdersAttend campaign shoots to capture planned content, paid content and BTS for social channels and paid formatsLiaise with Buying, Merchandising and Brands teams to determine products for trend story shoots to be used on the website and across social channelsManage weekly social media reporting and analysisWork closely with PR team to drive influencer content and outreachJoin the team in creating weekly trend and competitor reportsBe confident on camera and able to create content for brand channelsBe responsible for sample management & competition prize coordination 

 

Role Requirements

Previous experience in a Social Media role ideally for a retail/lifestyle brandSuper creative with an innovative approachConfident/experienced capturing content at shoots/events on iphone/cameraPassionate about fashionUp to date with what’s trending on Social Organised and able to manage a busy workloadTeam player with excellent relationship building skillsStrong sense of initiative and full of ideasA great copywriterGreat photography/videography on iphone/samsungEditing experienceWillingness to travel to A Coruna, where Bhoem is based
