We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Director to lead and elevate our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. As a key leader in our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our social media strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, and talent attraction.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique role of social media in the BPO industry and can balance creative storytelling with performance metrics.
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead the multi-channel social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Align content and campaigns with brand, marketing, and business objectives (e.g., client acquisition, talent recruitment, and thought leadership). Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Operations) to support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Creation & Management
Lead the planning, creation, and curation of high-quality content (videos, reels, carousels, case studies, behind-the-scenes, employee spotlights, etc.). Own the content calendar and publishing schedule across all platforms. Manage brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging across channels.
Community Engagement & Growth
Grow and engage relevant audiences on LinkedIn (clients, prospects, partners), Instagram (talent, culture), and YouTube (brand storytelling, recruitment, case studies). Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions in line with brand voice. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and internal advocates to amplify reach.
Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, video views, click-through rates, and conversions. Use insights to test, iterate, and improve social content and campaign performance. Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to leadership.
Team & Vendor Management
Lead and manage any in-house social team members, content creators, or external agencies. Oversee the production of creative assets, including video shoots, graphic design, and motion content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 6+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, with at least 2 years at a leadership level. Proven experience developing social strategies and content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube (required). Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in service-based or BPO environments. Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual content skills. Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, paid promotions, audience targeting, and analytics. Experience with social tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, YouTube Studio).
Preferred:
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing. Familiarity with global and regional content strategies, especially across North America, Europe, and APAC.
