Crouse’s Communications team is hiring a Full Time Social Media Coordinator.
Pay Range: $58,000.00-$60,000.00/annual
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Social Media Coordinator Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Create, edit, and publish daily content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to specific social media platforms. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests and giveaways, to increase engagement and reach. Monitor social media metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, to evaluate the success of strategies and provide regular reports to leadership. Research and identify new trends, platforms, and communication methods to enhance social media efforts. Develop long-term strategies and set measurable goals. Conduct interviews, draft articles and take photos for internal and external communication pieces. Draft and send news releases. Assist with special events within and outside the hospital; coordinating with Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, etc. as needed Assist with content on the Crouse Insider (intranet) and crouse.org Assist with preparation of and participation in employee activity events Assist with mailings and the distribution of communications pieces Update media list and collect news clips Assumes other duties as assigned by leadership.Social Media Coordinator Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years in broad-based marketing, communications and/or PR role. Previous experience in website content management system use, social media use, tracking and data analysis. Excellent written, verbal communications and computer skills professional demeanor; organized; ability to work independently on assignments and juggle multiple projects 40 hours/week; some evening and weekends may be required for special events/community activities. Experience with WordPress, Canva, Constant Contact and other platforms a plus.Benefits Overview
