If you’re into food, F1, pop culture and digital trends, keep reading. We’re looking for a self-starter who lives and breathes social media. In this role, you’ll manage our client's global social media presence, engage with communities, and bring the brand to life online. You’ll be expected to quickly understand our client's identity and help build memorable cultural moments that connect with audiences across various platforms. Responsibilities Develop a global editorial plan that drives brand storytelling and engages communities. Lead the progression of the client's social content strategy, defining plans and operational steps across channels. Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and client stakeholders to align and execute editorial and campaign initiatives. Contribute with insights based on community engagement and trends. Partner with strategy teams and creatives to develop original, data-driven concepts. Own the brand’s tone of voice and elevate community management from writing captions and responses to storytelling. Act as the team’s subject matter expert for social media trends, tools, and best practices. Activate content across all relevant social channels, ensuring alignment with wider brand objectives. Collaborate with Media to boost content to key audiences and use performance insights to optimize future efforts. Provide consultative guidance to clients, internal teams, and agency partners on social best practices. Qualifications What we’re looking for 3–4 years of experience, developing and managing global social media content and channel plans, ideally within fast-paced, youth-culture focused brands. Experience working across multiple regions and/or markets is a plus. A strategic mindset with strong editorial skills and sound judgment. A keen eye for online trends, with the ability to create inputs for timely and topical content. Proficiency in tools like Sprinklr, Emplifi, CreativeX, and social reporting dashboards. Understanding of paid media strategies and influencers’ collaboration. Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines. High attention to detail and accountability for ensuring that final social assets meet the standards. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages like Italian, French, or German are a plus.
