Monitor and respond to messages on our social media platforms in a timely mannerMaintain the voice and tone of PMI while adapting to the contextIdentify and escalate complex issues and potential risks to relevant internal teamsEnsure all messages are tagged appropriately and follow the guidance providedRecommend updates to the response guide based on past interactionsAssist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms
Who we’re looking for
A candidate with strong written communication skills in French and EnglishAbility to stay calm and professional when handling difficult or sensitive interactionFamiliarity with a social media management tool, ideally SprinklExperience in managing social media communities will be preferredDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracyAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
