About the Role
As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Click’s organic social media offering. You will support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with internal teams, clients and external partners.
You will gain hands-on experience across strategy, content creation, influencer engagement and performance analysis, making this an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career looking to grow quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of, and continually develop, Click’s organic social media propositionCreate and implement social media workflows for client accountsPlan and deliver innovative social campaigns across a range of sectors and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and FacebookSupport business development and account teams in promoting and selling social media servicesBuild and manage relationships with social media influencers to amplify campaignsContribute to client meetings, presentations and new business pitchesMonitor, analyse and report on social media performance using relevant toolsCollaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital contentStay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging formatsEssential Experience
Proven experience in social media managementExperience delivering both organic and paid social campaignsStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projectsComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamExperience presenting ideas or contributing to pitchesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDesirable Experience
Experience creating visual assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or CanvaFamiliarity with platforms like Hootsuite, Meltwater or similar toolsExperience analysing social media performance and reporting on campaign effectivenessUnderstanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign tacticsExperience working with or engaging social media influencersQualifications
Degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceWhat You’ll Get
