Position Summary
The Life Time Classes Social Media and Branding Project Manager coordinates, prioritizes, and executes branding and communication strategies cohesively across group fitness to drive member engagement and participation in classes. This position works autonomously on assigned strategies, may have up to two direct reports, and proficiently collaborates within marketing and across the organization. In addition, this position will also own portions of operations in Group Fitness such as coordinating decisions around the brands we offer, the member experience, national signature events, etc. This role is Omni-Channel Focused delivering these results both in-club and via digital channels
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Develops and owns our branding and strategy needs to drive membership acquisition, retention, or product engagement to bring to our CMO for alignment and executionCollaborates with business & technology partners to align marketing strategy with product, pricing, & operational strategiesPartners with internal creative team, directing marketing asset creation from concept through deliveryPortfolio management - making sure we investigate and evaluate innovation to fit within our brand portfolioDevelops national signature event concepts and work with cross-functional teams to deployManages project, people, and financial allocations to maximize immediate and long-term business resultsLeads and develops direct report(s) & broader team in a caring, effective mannerMinimum Required Qualifications
Proven ability to develop moderately-complex omni-channel strategiesExcellent customer service and project management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer softwareProficiency in directing work, coaching, and developing teamAbility to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutionsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldYears of Experience:
