In this role, you’ll own Spotify Korea’s social persona and platform strategies, leading the transformation of our presence from distribution-first to creative-first. You’ll craft innovative storytelling that fans love to follow, engage with, and share — ensuring Spotify is not only part of the conversation, but a cultural authority at the heart of K-Music and Korea’s broader creative ecosystem.As the cultural antenna for Spotify in Korea, you’ll bring sharp instincts for trends, music fandoms, and digital behavior to ensure our storytelling resonates locally while laddering up to global impact. You’ll lead and inspire a team of marketers and creators, collaborate with cross-functional collaborators, and work closely with global counterparts to make Spotify the most loved destination for music and audio in Korea.
