A DAY IN THE LIFE … + Serve as a subject matter expert for market-specific requirements and social media reporting tools. + Execute complex and advanced deep-dive reporting. + Support functional capability building. Social Listening Reporting Duties: + Analyze overall digital performance of brands (website, social media pages), consumer interests (affinity categories, in-market segments), consumer sentiments, industry conversations, and share of voice. + Compare performance against identified competitors. + Share findings through content analysis of competitors via monthly presentations with the brand team and digital agencies. + Conduct holistic digital analysis to deliver data-driven conclusions in reports, dashboards, and presentations that address business questions, including but not limited to owned digital and social channel measurement, marketing campaign performance analysis, and brand ecosystem analysis (including website and eCommerce platforms). + Perform ad-hoc analysis and research as required by the business to provide clear, concise, and actionable intelligence to relevant stakeholders. + Present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including Brand Teams, CMI, IMT, and creative and digital agencies. + Expertise in tools such as Sprinklr (Reporting, Listening, and Benchmarking), Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Commerce Manager. + Standardize processes by identifying pain points, best practices, and driving alignment across all Business Units. + Share knowledge and experience with team members and conduct functional training sessions. ARE YOU A FIT? + Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields (e.g., Marketing, Business Studies, Journalism, Media Studies). + 2-3 years of experience in Digital and Social Media. + Strong understanding of how social media platforms operate (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). + Knowledge of various digital metrics across social media platforms. + Hands-on experience with social media listening tools (e.g., Social Studio, Socialbakers, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Google Analytics). + Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify trends, and communicate findings from both quantitative and qualitative sources. + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboard creation). + Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus. + Ability to share conclusions with stakeholders through face-to-face or virtual meetings. + Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint. + Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. + Background in analytical tasks. + Proficiency in English, both written and oral. + Experience managing high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks. + Exposure to corporate and multicultural environments.
