Social Lead, Marketing
We're seeking an innovative Social Lead to join Ring's Marketing organization. In this role, you'll drive Ring social's growth, evolution and impact across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more, while leading our social media team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing Ring's social media strategy, overseeing daily operations, and implementing AI driven test-and-learn approaches to grow our brand presence across existing and new verticals.

Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end social media strategy development and execution across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and new emerging platforms)
• Lead and develop a team of social media managers and content producers
• Drive experimental AI-powered content and brand-forward creative initiatives, including AI content personalization for social audiences and platforms
• Establish and manage testing frameworks using AI-driven experimentation, to iterate best practices and increase efficiency across social channels
• Lead AI powered social listening and audience insight generation, including social media crisis response and reputation management
• Own social media budget planning, forecasting, and optimization
• Oversee daily operations including reviews and approvals for quick turn content management and performance reporting, responsible for sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
• Evolve social operations and build efficiencies with AI in collaboration with SC, PR, GTM and cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain governance and access controls aligning with Amazon security protocols
• Manage 3P vendor relationships and tool optimization
