Social Content Producer **Employment Type:** Contract/Temp **Date Posted:** 8/14/2025 **Location:** London, UK **Pay Range:** Negotiable **Job Number:** JO-2508-2705 **Primary Function** We are seeking a full time Social Producer to work on-site at our clients offices in London, England reporting to the Creative Supervisor - EMEA. The onsite Video Production Team provides production and studio support including project coordination, studio setup, end-to-end production and social first content creation from various internal stakeholders. Building trust with key partners and looking for extended work opportunities for the studio is an important part of the role. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a wide range of talent such as content creators, influencers, celebrities, political figures, and C-level executives, whilst possessing outstanding problem solving skills, hands on experience with production equipment, proven abilities in team and project management, and a successful track record of building a client portfolio with internal stakeholders. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Acts as the lead producer on all studio and remote production including but not limited to high-profile and high-visibility projects with content creators, executive team, VIPs and celebrities. + Creative Project manager. Manage communications with third-party agencies, creators, and clients. Produce content with confidence leading others through the process. + Optimize workflows for agility, customer experience, and creative delivery. Experience working in this content creation as per below: + Able to lead advanced, complex projects end-to-end through to successful completion and delivery. + Experience and solid knowledge base around social first content, including strategy, execution and edit techniques that lead to increased engagement. + Know what ‘good’ looks like and present ideas, feedback and opportunities to take the work from ‘good to excellent’. + Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to build and implement new best practices and efficiency models + Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Including creative production and client support in studio and set dressing. + Pivotal in the conceptualization and rolling out of new tooling and direction to maximize production. + Constantly working to maintain the highest quality production standards. Provide feedback on assets that improve consistency and creative output. + Work with production assistants to ensure all planning and technical needs are met prior to any production commencing. + Work collaboratively and provide training to internal and external teams and creators for on site and off site activations. + Translate abstract client briefs and concepts into effective visual form. + Responsible for input on creative consultations. + Communicate the status of every project with appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis. Develop studio planning and package studio success stories. Use data to report on ROI and close the loop working with the sales team. + Proactively generate creative ideas for new projects while identifying and pitching ideas to attract additional clients and expand the scope of work. **Skills & Qualifications** + Strong understanding of the production and post production lifecycle across all video formats, as well as proven experience in social/mobile content creation. + Experience with AI enhanced social content production + A strong network of talent and resources locally + A portfolio of social first creative and content creation with thumb stopping examples of your work. + The ability to manage stakeholders' creative expectations and deploy appropriate solutions to deliver complex projects/messaging. + Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. + Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team. + Self Starter who can demonstrate learning and BE OPEN to learning and is adaptable to change. + Have the capability to produce, capture and edit low-fi social content is a nice to have + Must possess a growth mindset. **Education & Experience** + Minimum 5+ years of content creation and video production experience as a Producer or Line Producer. **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
