Key Roles:

Own and accelerate Abbott Nutrition’s end-to-end social commerce growth across two centralized category Fanpages (Adult and Pediatric), satellite, KOL fanpages  and 500-700 decentralized CLPs retailers’ fanpages/profiles.Lead customer journeys from multiple channels into segments and personalized customer experience, using Zalo CRM to boost retention and using different tech tools e.g. CDP to maximize Customer Lifetime Value across all Abbott brands.

Main Responsibilities:

1. O2O Revenue + User base Growth via Facebook eco system

Develop phased roadmap to scale up Facebook O2O models across CLPs (Abbott owned and CLP franchise model) both on Acquisition and RetentionDefine CLPs tier and customize marketing packages by readiness Lead digital media and ensure content, promotion alignmentMonitor performance and ensure O2O tracking solution to optimize ROICoordinate with cross - functional teams: operation, Ad performance, seller channel, creative content and affiliate and tech/data automation Oversee agency execution and ensure timely, brand-consistent rollout across centralized and decentralized modelsUpdate platform knowledge and changes to educate internal team, PGs at stores and CLPs, Mom & baby emerging potential sellers.

2. Retention & LTV Optimization via Zalo

Design and operate segmented Zalo CRM flows by end user groupWork with internal Brand team and Tech team to enrich 1st-party data and user taggingCoordinate Zalo mini app campaigns, chat flows, and promotionsLeverage Zalo as retargeting & reactivation engine linked to acquisition Ensure seamless user journey across platforms: awareness → activation → loyalty to optimize LTVWork with Sales/Brand/Digital/Technical teams to align data flow and campaign executionUpdate Zalo platform changes and take advantage of first mover e.g. Zalo Commerce to develop Sales via Virtual branded stores and scale CLP Zalo Commerce at store level to maximize Retention at both Abbott Zalo OA and hundreds of retailers’ Zalo OA.

Requirements:

Passion for empowering small businesses (CLP retailers) through digital tools and platforms.Strong commercial mindset and project execution skill to convert digital opportunities into sales growth.Entrepreneurial with practical, realistic problem solver mind set, stair casing result-oriented spiritExperienced in Social Commerce both building from scratch to scalingFamiliarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Zalo OA tools, and CRM tactics.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital or related field.3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Media or Retail CompanyProven ability to manage stakeholders across functions and external partners.Excellent communication, structured problem solving, and strategic thinking.Self-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
